Which had earlier challenged the ban imposed on diesel vehicles older than 10 years and petrol vehicles older than 15 years in Delhi-NCR. Applicant Nagalakshmi Lakshmi Narayanan had argued that the ban, which came into effect from April 7, 2015, should not be applied retrospectively.
